Title: Baker
Work Location: 6848 Jubilee Ave, Burnaby /1135 Austin Ave, Coquitlam
Wage: Dependent on experience
Hours of Work: 35 – 40 hours per week;
Terms of Employment: Full-time, Permanent
Benefit: 4% of gross salary or 10 days of paid vacation, extended health and dental

Job Duties:

• Baking various baked goods according to established recipes.

• Ensuring the quality of products meets established standards.

• Baking bread and croissants.

• Icing, decorating, and finishing cakes

• Adhering to a production schedule to ensure timely preparation of all baked goods

• Maintaining an inventory record for baking supplies.

• Monitoring and maintaining the proper oven temperature.

• Restocking bakery display
  

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 1-year working experience in bakery preferred

• Able to lift 45 pounds

• Flexible to work in evenings, weekends, and holidays
